Dope Arena provides a platform for users to vote on and view community consensus about third-party AI tools ("Tools"). We embed publicly available videos for informational and commentary purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of these Tools.
To access full features, such as having your vote count towards the community score, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security.
If you submit feedback or comments ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding third-party videos and trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of Dope Arena and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
In no event shall Dope Arena, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
